How many surgeries have been carried out since last April?
Onchan MHK Julie Edge has raised the issue with Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian.
In a question for written reply, Ms Edge wants to know how many operations have taken place since April last year, compared with the target.
The minister is due to reply by Monday, March 2.
